Please read these Terms carefully before using CrewBoard Pro. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
CrewBoard Pro is a software service operated from Greenfield, Indiana. We provide a cloud-based job tracking and crew management application ("the Service") to field service businesses. You can reach us at info@crewboardpro.com.
You may use CrewBoard Pro if you are a business or individual operating a lawful field service company. By using the Service you confirm that:
CrewBoard Pro provides a job calendar and crew management tool that includes real-time job tracking, employee assignment, stage-based progress tracking, Google Sheet sync, activity logging, archiving, and automated email reports.
We set up the Service for you based on your company's specific workflow, employees, and job stages. Setup is included with every paid plan.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes that materially affect how you use it.
We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue. If you do not subscribe, your access will be suspended.
Your data is retained for 60 days after a trial expires. After that it may be permanently deleted.
CrewBoard Pro is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@crewboardpro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.
Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months.
Annual plans: If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused months. After 30 days, no refund is issued.
If you experience a technical issue that makes the Service completely unusable and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you are entitled to a prorated refund for that period.
You own your data. All job records, employee data, activity logs, and archives belong to you. We store your data in a dedicated Firebase Realtime Database — your data is never commingled with another company's data.
Upon cancellation you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. We provide this as a JSON file via email at no charge.
We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure including Google Firebase and Netlify. Outages caused by these providers are outside our control.
We perform maintenance and updates regularly. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewBoard Pro's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hancock County, Indiana.
If you are located outside Indiana or outside the United States, you agree that Indiana law governs this agreement and that you consent to jurisdiction in Indiana courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
