SMS Consent Policy — CrewBoard Pro LLC

This page documents how callers to (888) 620-1967 provide verbal consent to receive a text message from CrewBoard Pro. Messages are sent only at the caller's spoken request, during their call — one service message per request. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages from this number, and we never text anyone who has not asked us to during a call.

The verbal consent script

When a caller asks for information, our receptionist offers to text it using the following script:

CrewBoard Pro receptionist: "I can text that to you right now if you'd like. Just so you know, CrewBoard Pro would send you a single text message with the link we discussed — it's a one-time message, not a subscription, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our terms and privacy policy are at crewboardpro.com. Would you like me to send it — yes or no?"

Caller: "Yes."

CrewBoard Pro receptionist: "Perfect — you'll have it in just a moment."

If the caller says anything other than a clear yes, no message is sent.

Message details

Service: one-time informational follow-up requested by the caller (e.g., our website link or information discussed on the call).
Frequency: one message per caller request. No recurring messages, no campaigns.
Sample message: "Hi — this is Dana with CrewBoard Pro. Great talking with you! Here's the info we discussed: https://crewboardpro.com. Questions? Just call me back at this number anytime. Reply STOP to opt out."
Fees: message and data rates may apply, per the caller's mobile plan.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or call (888) 620-1967.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message. Opt-outs are honored automatically and immediately; we send no further messages to opted-out numbers.
